As a genuine manufacturer, we are ideally positioned to offer not just standard products, but also a range of services and technologies that we use to manufacture our own products.

We offer Precision Engineering Services geared towards the Medical Device industry. We employ the latest technologies to enable us to offer everything from Design, through Prototyping and on to Full Production Runs, and can assist with everything from a single component or device, through to a full Instrument System.

We specialise in the production of complex, tightly toleranced components and assemblies, using state of the art technology. Our decades of experience manufacturing Surgical Instruments makes us particularly skilled at producing products that have a degree of assembly and fabrication about them.

From Concept to Design to Manufacture, our team of highly experienced skilled technicians can deliver the quality the Medical Device industry and many other engineering sectors expect, both on time and in budget.

Contract Manufacturing

We specialise in Contract Manufacturing Surgical Instruments and we can work (and have worked) to pretty much anything, from physical samples, to hand drawn sketches and photocopies, through to full 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.

We are able to supply any of our standard range of Surgical Instruments on an OEM basis, and can provide a fully finished, laser marked, and packed product ready for you to sell. We are able to laser mark the instruments with whatever information you require – i.e. brand name, product code, etc.

We are equally able to manufacture to your supplied CAD models and Engineering Drawings. We have been evolving over the last few years, to specialise in the Contract Manufacture of bespoke Orthopaedic Instrumentation. We are able to offer everything from prototyping through to production of low to high volume batches. We make extensive use of SolidWorks 3D CAD in our design and manufacturing processes, coupled with Fusion 360 to program our CNC machinery from our 3D CAD models. We can offer a design assistance service to turn your ideas and sketches into 3D CAD models and full engineering drawings.

What sets us apart, is the decades of experience we have had hand crafting Surgical Instruments. This knowledgebase of traditional hand skills, combined with our modern CNC engineering capabilities, allows us to choose the best methods to apply to each product to achieve exactly the results our customers require. It’s the seamless blending of tradition with modernity that marks us out amongst our peers.

We aim to carry out as many processes as possible in house, but team up with trusted sub-contactors for specialist processes when required.  We are open to enquiries for any aspects of our products or services that may be of interest to anyone else.  We are happy to utilise our capacity to carry out sub-contract work on either free issued materials or from our own stock.  All work and materials are traceable back to manufacturing records which are archived for future reference.
